Lawyers on Demand is currently seeking an attorney to support our client, a large corporation that operates hyperscale data centers.
In this role, you will be negotiating purchase/sale agreements with real estate development, design/construction, architecture/engineering for large tracts of land for industrial/data center use. Ideal candidates will be familiar with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) as well as Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements.
Qualifications -
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with real estate development/land acquisition.
- Ideal background may also include contracting with IT equipment manufacturing/semiconductor experience.
